As the Owner and Director of Twin Cities Assisted Living, a role I have proudly held since opening the facility in February 2015, I bring a unique blend of experience and expertise to the field. With an Associate Degree in Business Marketing and Management, I successfully guided our transition from a comprehensive home care provider to fully licensed assisted living facilities. My focus has always been on delivering high quality care in our intimate, single family home settings, where the comfort and well being of our residents are our top priorities.
Before venturing into the assisted living industry, I gained valuable experience in various roles. These roles have provided me with a strong foundation in customer service, financial management, real estate, and business operations, all of which I leverage daily to enhance the services we provide at Twin Cities Assisted Living.
My career journey reflects a commitment to excellence, whether in managing financial operations, assisting clients through real estate transactions, or ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve, and I continue to strive for innovation and improvement in every aspect of our operations.
