We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Resident Assistant (RA) to join our team in a community-based assisted living setting licensed under MN Statute 144G. This role involves providing direct care and delegated health related tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Candidates must be comfortable working with individuals with mental health diagnoses and committed to maintaining high standards of care, documentation, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time or  Part-time

Pay (Based on Experience and Certification): $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
